What is a somatologist?
A somatologist is a qualified specialist in skin and body therapy, trained in anatomy, physiology, and advanced treatment techniques. Elite Spa & Aesthetics is led by a qualified Somatologist and Esthetician, so every treatment is grounded in genuine clinical knowledge — not just relaxation.
Do I need to book an appointment in advance?
Appointments are strongly recommended for major services. Short-notice calls are welcome, but availability isn’t guaranteed — message us on WhatsApp to check the soonest opening.
What is your cancellation policy?
48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment, or the full service charge will apply.
Do you offer home service, or only in-studio treatments?
Both. Treatments are available in the studio at 19 Edison Way, Millennium Business Park, Century City, or as a home service — we bring the equipment to you. Home visits need about 15–20 minutes for setup and consultation, access to water and electricity, and enough space for the equipment, so advance booking is recommended.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash and EFT are accepted.
What should I expect during a treatment — do I need to undress?
Clients are draped throughout treatments for professionalism and warmth. Only the area being treated is uncovered, then re-covered immediately after. Undergarments may be worn throughout.
What are your opening hours?
Monday–Saturday, 9:00am–7:00pm.
